Easter Recount

This is my Easter recount after I worked with my teacher to make sure it was good enough for publishing. This is what my teacher means when she says my story needs muscles, guts and skin.

Kia ora This week we have been learning how to make plans for a recount so that it has an organised structure.We had to fill in notes in the right places on this form. We didn't have to use whole sentences, just the important ideas. Then we had to read the notes back to each other and they sounded almost like a whole story.Our teacher said it was like we had made a skeleton for our story.Later we get to add the muscles,guts and skin and then we will be finished!
